Peanut Butter Crispy Treats

Ingredients:

  • 5 Cups Rice Krispies

  • 4 Cups Marshmallows

  • 2tbsp Olympic Peanut Butter

  • 2 Bars Lamb Brand Milk Chocolate

  • 100g Salted Peanuts

Directions:

  1. Place the marshmallows and the peanut butter in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute.

  2. Give it a stir and keep melting them for another 30 seconds or until fully melted and gooey.

  3. Quickly add the Rice Krispies and mix well. If it gets too hard to mix place it in the microwave for another 10 seconds.

  4. Line a square or rectangular dish with baking paper. I like to wet it and squeeze out the water well. It helps to line with the dish better.

  5. Place the mixture in the dish and press it down with a spoon.

  6. Refrigerate for about 10 minute.

  7. Melt the chocolate in its packet in some hot water.

  8. Cover the surface of the treats with the chocolate and sprinkle the salted peanuts on top.

  9. Refrigerate until set.

  10. Cut in squares or rectangles and serve.
