Chicken Pesto Naan Bread
Ingredients for 2 Persons:
2 Small Shallots
30g Ready-Made Pesto
200g Cooked Chicken Breast
50g Walnuts
Directions:
Spread the pesto on the naan bread.
Slice the shallot and add it on top.
Follow with cooked chicken breast, shredded mozzarella and chopped walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°c for about 8 minutes, or until the mozzarella is all melted and bubbly.
