Honey Mustard Pork

Directions:
In a skillet, fry the pork in the olive oil for about 2 minutes per side (depending on the thickness), and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Once ready, set aside.
Using the same skillet, deglaze with the chicken stock and add the cream.
When it comes to a gentle boil, add the honey mustard and mix well.
Lower the flame and add the pork.
Cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and vegetables and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.
