Mango Coconut Balls


Ingredients for 16 portions:

  • 200g Asiago Frozen Mango

  • 250g Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut

  • 60g Condensed Milk

  • 30g Rolled Oats

Directions:

  1. Toast the oats in a hot pan until they start getting a light brown colour. 

  2. In a food processor, combine together the frozen mango (straight from the freezer) 200g of the coconut, oats and the condensed milk.

  3. Mix well until a paste is formed. 

  4. Place the remaining coconut in a saucer.

  5. Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and pass it through the coconut.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  7. If you don’t like oats, simply replace it with more coconut.
