Easy Focaccia

Ingredients:
Dough:
300ml Lukewarm Water
500g All-Purpose Flour
2tsp Dry Yeast
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Salt
2tbsp Olive Oil
Toppings:
Green Olives
Sundried Tomatoes
Fresh Rosemary
1 Onion
Directions:
1. In a food processor combine all the dough ingredients except the oil and knead for about 8 minutes. You should obtain a sticky dough.
2. Add the olive oil, form into a ball and cover. Rise for 90 minutes.
3. After 90 minutes, deflate the dough and transfer it to an oiled, non-stick dish. Open the dough and prick it with your fingers. Do not tear the bottom of the dough. Cover again with cling film and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
4. After that, drizzle some olive oil and place your favourite toppings.
5. Bake at 250°c for 25 minutes, or when it's golden light brown.
