Nutella Mousse Cake

Ingredients:
300ml Milk
400ml Fresh Cream
40g Sugar
100ml Condensed Milk
200g Nutella
200g Dark Chocolate
20g Gelatin Powder (melted in 60ml hot water)
Cocoa Powder
Directions:
1. Place a saucepan on a medium flame and add the milk, cream, sugar, condensed milk, Nutella (softened in a microwave for 30 seconds) and dark chocolate.
2. Stir continuously until it's about to boil then turn off the heat.
3. Mix the gelatin with hot water and add it to the mixture. Stir well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a large bow through a sieve and place it on ice water.
5. Stir thoroughly until the mixture cools down and becomes shiny and creamy.
6. Place wax paper in your container and add the mixture. Be careful that the paper stays in place.
7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
8. To serve, carefully remove the wax paper and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
